Is it possible to check-in early?

Early check-in, from 1pm may be possible, please contact us to enquire about availability. There will be an additional fee of £20 for early check-in, this pays for the extra cleaner needed to prepare the apartment.  Please, please do not arrive before your agreed check-in time, you will not be allowed into the apartment because we need plenty of time to get it in tip top condition for you. 

Is it possible to check out late?

Late check out, by 12 noon may be possible, please contact us to enquire about availability. There will be an additional fee of £20 for late checkout, this pays for the extra cleaner needed to prepare the apartment. Again please, please do not leave after your agreed check out time, we have carefully scheduled our cleaners and new guests around your check-out time, leaving later causes all sorts of unnecessary issues. Unscheduled late check-outs will incur an Additional Charge of £120. 

Secure onsite car parking spaces are located underneath the building. 

Details of exactly which bay to park in will be sent to you on the morning of check-in.

Each apartment has 1 car park space.

The apartments are self check-in, meaning you can come and go as you please.

Apartment keys are stored in a secure key-box, outside the apartment doors. 

You receive a unique, key-box code and simple instructions to open the box, on the morning of check-in.

If you need a cot or highchair just let us know and we will have them set up for when you arrive.

Cots are made up with an undersheet and 2 cellular blankets. Cellular blankets have thousands of tiny holes in them and are used in maternity hospitals and for babies, allowing  air to circulate so babies do not overheat. If you would like more bedding please bring some with you.

It is considered unsafe for babies to share a fabric mattress, used by a child from another home because it can increase the chances of cot death. For this reason the cots we provide are travel cots with slightly padded but not, fabric mattresses.

Cots are suitable from birth to approx 15kg.

Complimentary, unlimited broadband is in all rooms, in all apartments.

Wifi login details can be found in each apartment.

To keep our properties clean and fresh, smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is not permitted in the apartments but is permitted in the designated smoking areas found in the building’s outdoor communal areas. 

Where there is evidence of guests smoking within the property, we reserve the right to charge £100 for specialist cleaning, as an additional charge.

Your safety is very important to us. We are part of a small group of businesses in the serviced apartment sector to demonstrate compliance with a strict set of fire guidelines. Here are some of the steps we take to keep you safe:

• Fire Risk Assessments done every 2 years by a qualified Fire Risk Assessment Officer
• Use hotel grade flame retardant soft furnishings
• Fire alarms linked to the mains electric
• Provide Fire blankets
• Action weekly fire alarm checks, as a minimum
• Provide torches in hallways to help guests find exits incase of emergencies
• Fit compliant fire doors as standard

FIRE 

If there is a fire or smoke in your apartment, get out and stay out. Ensure that you close all the doors behind you and only use the stairs. Once you are outside call the fire and rescue service by dialling 999. Never assume that someone else has called. Do not go back into the building until the fire brigade tells you it is safe to do so.

If the fire is in the car park, please activate the nearest break glass unit and make your way out of the building using the nearest escape route.

If there is a fire in another part of the building you should be alerted by an alarm/ airhorn. Please leave the building immediately and assemble near the carpark gates.

We do hate rules but they are a necessary to protect our guests, ourselves, our properties and our neighbours.

All guests need to agree and e-sign our Rental Agreement before they are allowed to enter the property.
