Coronavirus Covid-19 Statement

We are in strange times with every day bringing new headlines and identifying more lives at risk. We wanted to share a short note on the steps being taking to keep our guests, team and our wider community, safe and healthy.

Keeping Clean

  • Leave 24hrs between guests checking out and new guests checking in.
  • Continue to use hotel grade cleaning and sanitising products and ensuring the suggested levels of cleanliness are exceeded, and that staff are fully informed on ways to provide a clean and safe environment, in all our properties and offices.
  • Ensure staff and guests are equipped with the necessary sanitary products and PPE.
  • In case of suspected or confirmed infection, fully follow the government guidelines and take steps to minimise the spread.
  • Self-isolating guests will be provided with necessary supplies, information, support, friendly calls and extending their bookings as necessary.

Potential Guests

The advice below is not relevant if we, or visiting guests come from  any area under a local lockdown.

  • Currently people can stay overnight away from home with their own household or support bubble, or with members of one other household. People should not stay overnight away from their home with members of more than one other household.
  • Guests may be asked to provide work ID, household bills or similar to help assure us the people they are sharing accommodation within government guidelines.

Staying Informed

  •  Closely monitoring the situation and UK government guidance, to ensure we are working to the latest guidelines.
  •  Monitoring the health of our guests and team.
  • Providing guests and staff with all the necessary information about self-hygiene, preventative measures and actions to take if infection is suspected.

If you know of anyone who may need somewhere to stay in Lancaster, during this pandemic please point them in our direction, we may be able to help them.

Take care and stay safe everyone!
